status :: tampas de inspecção
Após tantas complicações para resolver o problema do LCD deixei que a máquina sumisse :(.
De volta ao Armazém 15 (o local da base onde se está a trabalhar), o local levou ainda outra limpeza, dá mais gozo trabalhar lá. As asas progridem, estivemos a fazer a colocar várias tampas de inspecção. O processo é simples: passar a furação pré-existente para um acrilico; furar a chapa de aluminio de acordo a partir desta; traçar os contornos exteriores, deixando uma margem de segurança à volta dos buracos e usando o compasso onde necessário. Após cortar é necessário limar as arestas e depois, usando uma geringonça fazer o boleado à volta.

Well, after so many troubles to fix the Lumix LCD I lost it for good in Porto :( So, until I get a new one (x-mas is just around the corner, maybe then) there will be no photos.
In Hangar 15 (the place where we are working) there was a new cleanup operation and it really looks better now. We are still working on the wings, during this tuesday I’ve been helping out doing a bunch of inspection covers. It’s a simple process: transfer the existing screw positions to an acrilic, draw the contours around them and then clamp it to the metal skin. Drill, fix, cut, smooth. Then use a special gadget to bend the exterior and thats it. More or less.
And this was my last tuesday…
